Mojito
Serve when
Pour one as the food truck rolls into Miami and the whole trip finally loosens up.
Before you start
Mint muddled gently, lime cut, white rum and soda kept cold.
Cook-along start: ~1:05
What to drink
Chef runs on Cuban food and Miami sun, and the mojito — rum, lime, and mint — is the drink that belongs beside the cubano. A suggested pairing to match the truck's menu, not a scene from the film.

- Add the rum and fill the glass with crushed or cubed ice.
- Top with soda water and stir once.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
