Ingredients

1½ oz gin
½ oz cherry liqueur (Cherry Heering)
¼ oz Cointreau
¼ oz Bénédictine
3 oz pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice
Dash of grenadine
dash of Angostura bitters
Pineapple slice and a cherry, to garnish

Method

Shake everything hard with ice.
Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice — it should blush pink and wear a proper foam.
Garnish with pineapple and the cherry.
