Ingredients

2 teaspoons Japanese green tea (sencha or genmaicha)
2 cups water, just off the boil

Method

Let boiled water cool for a minute so it won't scorch the leaves.
Steep the tea 1 to 2 minutes and pour.
Drink it slowly, in the hush of a big quiet house.
