Ingredients

1 chocolate cookie crust (24 chocolate wafers + 5 tablespoons butter, pressed and chilled)
2 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Whipped cream, to finish

Method

Toss the blackberries and raspberries with the sugar and lemon juice; let them sit 10 minutes to release a little juice.
Smash about half the berries roughly with a fork, leaving the rest whole.
Pile the whole mess straight into the chilled chocolate crust.
Chill 30 minutes to firm up, then finish with whipped cream.
