Method
- Blitz the grahams with the toasted coconut and butter; press into a pie dish and bake 8 minutes at 350°F. Cool.
- Melt the marshmallows with the milk over low heat; cool to room temperature.
- Fold in the whipped cream and most of the grated chocolate.
- Mound into the crust and chill 4 hours.
- Shower with the remaining chocolate. Serve to someone whose reaction you'd like to hear about later.
