Method

Wet your hands with the salt water — this seasons the outside and stops sticking.
Scoop a palmful of warm rice; press a filling into the center if using.
Shape into a triangle with firm, gentle presses — compact enough to hold, loose enough to bite.
Wrap the base with nori.
